-All building directors must pass the Certified Volunteer Building Director exam. A short training video and the exam can be found online at http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/rec/Team_Sports/VolBld_Dir.htm.
-Building directors must be at least 18 years old.
-Building directors must wear their badges and be readily available at all times while on duty.
CRS facility monitors will be asking to see building director badges and ensuring the building directors are adequately ensuring that groups are following the rules and regulations of gym use. These rules should be posted in each gym and can be found online at http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/rec/Team_Sports/hotsheet08.htm.
