Grade 5 Boys Evaluation Sessions:
Saturday, October 24 Spring Hill Elementary 8:30 AM- 10:30 AM
Saturday, October 31 Cooper MS, Small Gym 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
It would be helpful if boys with their last name starting with the letter A - M would show up
at 8:30 AM for the first session or 3:00 PM for the second session, and boys with their last
name starting with the letter N - Z would show up at 9:30 AM for the first session or 4:00
PM for the second session. If conflicts do not allow this, then please show up at any
time during the evaluation schedule that meets with your schedule.
You should plan on the evaluation taking from between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
If you can not attend either of these scheduled evaluation sessions, please contact
your League Coordinator as soon as possible.

Please make sure to register for the program on-line before you attend an evaluation
session and contact the league coordinator if conflicts prohibit you from attending
any of the sessions.
