Brian McNicoll has coached in McLean for 23 years and in the select program for 19. He has reached the championship game nine times and won it once. He also is a longtime AAU coach with four national championships to his credit. His teams are up tempo and defense-oriented. Brian is married with two kids in college — including MK McNicoll, his longtime assistant coach — and he is an avid golfer in his spare time.
