HEAD COACH: Zachary Crowe

Zach Crowe is the head coach for the 5th grade boys D1 team for the 2025/2026 season.  Zach has been coaching McLean Basketball since 2018 and was the Assistant Coach for the 5^th Grade Boys A team for the 2024/2025 season.  In addition, Zach has 5 years of AAU coaching experience for Nova94 and Elevate Elite.  His Nova94 teams have been consistently ranked in the top teams in the DMV and he currently head coaches the top ranked team in the state of Virginia for 7^th grade girls basketball for Elevate Elite. 

Coach Crowe believes in a defense-first philosophy and unselfish play on offense.  He believes in keeping practices hard but fun.  Development first and foremost and teaching life lessons through sports.  Sportsmanship, respect and giving 100% effort at all time are values of his teams.

Zach is married with 3 kids and lives in McLean, VA.  He is big fan of all UVA sports, The Washington Commanders and the Baltimore Orioles.
