Courtney West has a background in sports, having played basketball, lacrosse, and tennis growing up. With over five years of coaching experience in both boys' and girls' basketball and lacrosse for McLean Youth programs, Courtney has developed a coaching style that emphasizes teamwork, effort, and a positive attitude. He is dedicated to making sure his players not only learn the fundamentals of basketball but also have fun and build confidence in their abilities. Outside of coaching, Courtney and his wife are deeply involved in their children's sports activities, balancing family life with their passion for youth athletics.
